What does AgentRank do?

It audits your store against the criteria AI search engines use, fixes the gaps with one click, and tests real prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity and the AI shopping catalog to prove whether AI recommends your store.

How do I run my first audit?

Open the app, go to Audit, and click Run Audit. Your AI Visibility Score and a list of issues appear in about 20 seconds.

How do AI fixes work?

On any product issue, click Fix with AI. AgentRank rewrites the description, SEO title, and meta description in one step and saves them to Shopify. Every change is logged so you can review it.

How do prompt tests work?

Under AI Visibility, add a prompt a shopper might ask (or let AI suggest them), then click Run test. We run it through ChatGPT, Perplexity and the AI shopping catalog and show whether your store appears, plus any competitors found.

What about GTIN / barcodes?

GTINs are real, manufacturer-issued barcodes and cannot be invented, so AgentRank does not auto-generate them. The audit shows where they’re missing and how to add them in Shopify.

How is my data handled?

See our Privacy Policy. In short: we process your store and product content, never your customers’ personal data.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing in the app and downgrade to Free, or uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Your data is deleted after uninstall per our privacy policy.
